The awards celebrate the best butcher’s shops around the country, with the winner in each region going head to head to see which one is declared the best butcher’s shop in the UK. Aubrey Allen picked up the regional award for the best Butcher’s Shop in the Midlands & East of England and then went on to beat stiff competition to be named the national winner.
