Ginger Pig in talks to open fifth London venue

London butcher chain the Ginger Pig is to open a fifth site in London.

The location is yet to be revealed according spokesperson for the butchers chain: Were in talks to open another place, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

The butchers launched its training website on 10 March, 'learnbutchery', and began promoting itself on the Twitter site a few days prior to that.

Despite rumours the company has absolutely no plans to open a branch in Kemp Town, Brighton, a spokesperson insisted.

Other Ginger Pig stores are in Marylebone, Hackney and at Borough Market. The company also recently opened a branch at Greensmiths, the mini-supermarket in Waterloo.

The butchers chain was temporarily part of The Commander restaurant and deli on Hereford Road, but ended the association.
