The Leamington Spa-based firm's team, Martin Crombie and Malcolm Everitt, took the title after beating off strong competition from seven other Q butcher teams from across the UK.
The contest, held for the first time during the Foodex exhibition last week in Birmingham, saw the eight teams compete for the top spot in a bid to showcase Q Guild innovation and butchery skills.
The teams were tasked with creating a display from a side of lamb, a shoulder and leg of pork and a whole rump of beef in just three hours.
Martin said: "This is the first time we've done something like this, but we started planning about two weeks ago. It has been great competing with people of such a high standard, but taking first place is brilliant."
Aubrey Allen director Russell Allen said "I am delighted that Martin and Malcolm produced such an award-winning display.
"We have a reputation for quality throughout our business and, although we know that our meat has won many awards, it is nice for the skills and craftsmanship of our butchers to be recognised."
Philip Cranston, chairman of the Q Guild, said: "We organised the event to let the retail trade know where the Q Guild is at this time.
"We took a stand at the show to recruit new members and when the chance came to use the live theatre area, a display competition was ideal for us to show our members' craft skills.
"The event got a great audience and we received many good comments from butchers who came to the show just to see it."
