East Midlands pig health scheme launches

Bpex, the levy body, is to launch its latest pig health scheme in the East Midlands.

East Midlands Pig Health (EMPH) follows in the footsteps of the Eastern Pig Health (EPH) and the Yorkshire and Humberside schemes.

The programme gives centrally located pig keepers the chance to improve the health of their pigs and wider relationships with the industry via training sessions.

The scheme is funded by the Rural Development Programme for England and Bpex. For more information on any of the health schemes please contact Helen Clarke on  07973 701369 or email helen.clarke@bpex.org.uk.
