Toast Me! tour to end

The Tillman’s ‘Toast Me!’ Snack Wagon Tour is nearing completion, having offered Tesco shoppers the chance to taste its meaty offerings up and down the country.

Tillman’s, the European leader in frozen convenience meat products, has been visiting selected Tesco stores nationwide as part of a sampling campaign for its award-winning meat snack ‘Toast Me!’ products.

The tour ends next week, after a month-long journey, at the Tesco headquarters in Cheshunt. Visitors to the stand can sample the product, receive some free goodies and enter into a free prize draw competition to win various treats, including a ‘Vinnie Mountain Bike’.

Michael Ebeling, marketing director of Tillman’s, said: “This is a great opportunity for customers to interact with the Tillman’s Toast Me! brand and give our team some feedback and ideas for the future. This is just the beginning for the new and exciting Toast Me! range and our other innovative, consumer-led products that are set to follow.”

The Toast Me! range was launched in the UK using a heavyweight ITV1 & ITV2 TV campaign targeted at housewives with children, featuring the Hunger Monster Vinnie. The advert is now enjoying a second burst on primetime TV.
