Audio: National Butchers’ Week takes to the air

The shocking lack of knowledge of meat exposed earlier this week at the launch of National Butchers’ Week 2011 has captured the attention of media around the world.

The results of Meat Trade Journal’s survey, which unveiled that two out of 10 adults thought you could buy a wing of pork, has been covered in Australia, Canada and Ireland - as well as here at home.
