NBW: Aubrey Allen demonstrates success
Customers were given the chance to get hands-on with some amateur sausage-making at Aubrey Allen’s Leamington Spa shop during National Butchers’ Week.
The award-winning shop saw manager Simon Kelly giving interactive demonstrations on sausage creation and the opportunity for customers to taste and buy on special offer.
Each day, the shop has been running a special butchery demonstration, along with a product promotion to tie in with the demos.
Activities include a whole rump of beef seam butchery demonstration, continental lamb butchery sessions and a live presentation on the preparation of Dorchester ribs of beef.
