R4 Food programme at the Real Food Festival
BBC Radio 4’s The Food Programme is hosting a debate at the Real Food Festival at Earls Court on Thursday 5 May.
It is calling for suggestions about the key issues that concern people about their food, which will debated by different sectors of the food industry. Suggestions for the debate can be posted on the Real Food Festival website www.realfoodfestival.co.uk.
The festival runs from 5-8 May at Earls Court and will feature 30 artisan butchers and meat producers among the 500 exhibitors. Highlights include the Allens of Mayfair Butchery Demo Theatre, with four daily sessions on how to butcher lamb, beef and pigs as well as demos on how to create dishes from specific cuts.
