Voting open for SuperMeat Personality of the Year

Our final nominations for the Personality award have been revealed and the finalists for the SuperMeat & Fish Awards 2011 have also been announced.

The finalists for the Personality of the Year award are: Julien Pursglove, Sainsbury’s; Stan Burns, Tesco; Wil Lloyd Williams, director of policy with the National Federation of Meat & Food Traders; and David Gunner, president of the British Meat Processors Association and boss of Dovecote Park.

Competing in this year’s awards are Asda, Budgens, The Co-operative Food, Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsbury’s. The awards take place on 7 July at the Park Lane Hilton, London, and will be presented by leading impressionist and comic Alistair McGowan.
