A barbecue SOS service has been launched to help amateur chefs get the best out of the summer grilling.
A team of experts will be available on micro-blogging site, Twitter, to answer questions, give recipe advice and top tips.
The service has been launched as part of the Beat My Barbecue cook-off challenge, launched by Red Tractor beef and lamb and backed by Eblex. It aims to encourage people to be more ambitious in their barbecuing – and ultimately choose quality beef and lamb for their cooking.
The real-time SOS service can be found on Twitter at @BBQ_SOS.
