Hilton adopts Anglia’s answer
Hilton Foods Ireland has adopted the LINKFresh food supply chain management solution from Anglia Business Solutions.
The meat processor, which is part of the Hilton Food Group, is replacing its existing financial software with the Microsoft Dynamics-based system, which will integrate with the operational systems of the business. Once in place, the new system will encompass financials, supply chain management, manufacturing and supply planning.
It will also include a mobile application for quality control, a cloud-based retail survey solution and advanced management reporting using the Zap Business Analytics suite.
Pat Tracey, group IT manager at Hilton Food Group, said: “Our Irish business is expanding and we need a single fully integrated solution that will grow with our business. We were impressed with the food industry functionality already included within the LINKFresh solution. This will allow us to refine our operational practices and provide improved management information.”
Anglia’s CEO Robert Frost said “We are very pleased that Hilton Foods Ireland has chosen us to work in partnership with them in the deployment of the LINKFresh suite. Once this leading-edge solution is fully implemented, it will provide their management team with a range of productivity aids designed to enhance their impressive track record in the meat processing industry.”
