Pukka Pies announces national television campaign
Pukka Pies is planning to further drive brand awareness and encourage purchases by creating a national television campaign, the company announced today.
Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2013, the Pukka Pies advert will focus on ‘Pukka Pie Day’, in which people of all ages interpret the day in good humour.
The national advert for the company, which has grown sales to more than £20m RSP, will run from 11 February until 28 February .
Wayne Greensmith, marketing manager for Pukka Pies, said: “2013 is a very important year for Pukka Pies, being our 50th year in business.
“The brand continues to go from strength to strength and maintains its position as the No. 1 brand in the hot pie chilled category (Source: AC Nielsen Jan-Dec 2012) and this TV campaign demonstrates our commitment to investing in the brand, helping drive sales for all our customers,” he added.
Incorporating creative activation across point-of-sale and social media platforms, the campaign will continue to promote the brand in its 50th year.
