Live workshop to show Danish pig farm practices
An online live Bpex workshop will offer a first-hand look at the modern facilities used in Danish pig farms.
The live workshop will take a look at the buildings, new technologies and pig management practised on the pig farms. The live workshop will also include lots of photographs from a Bpex study tour of Denmark, which took place earlier this month, with a group of English pig producers, building manufacturers and feed consultants going on a there-and-back trip to try the practices on farms back here.
Bpex’s Lis Ravn and Nigel Penlington and BOCM Pauls’ Jonathan French will be online for the workshop to share and discuss what they saw. It takes place on Monday, 25 March from 7pm to 8pm and everyone is invited to ask their questions or just listen in and pick up some ideas.
