New food director for top London hotel
A landmark London hotel has appointed a new director of food and beverages.
The Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge, the borough that homes the famous department store Harrods, has appointed Delphine Maillard to the role.
Maillard has spent well over a decade in the foodservice sector, working as a restaurant manager, event operations manager and a food and beverage manager. She has also worked in some of the most prestigious food businesses, including Le Gavroche, The Gleneages Hotel, The Westin Dubai and, most recently, Kurumba Maldives.
“I am thrilled to join Jumeirah Carlton Tower and look forward to working with the team to further enhance our food and beverage offerings,” she said.
