Golfing for charity
The Butchers’ and Drovers’ Charitable Institution (BDCI) is hosting a golf day in September, with the aim of raising funds for the charity.
This year’s golf day will take place at Surrey Downs Golf Club on 17 September and will feature 18 holes of golf, a three-course meal and a prize-giving ceremony.
Prizes will be given for the first, second and third place, in addition to team prize, longest drive and nearest the pin.
The event also involves a shotgun start for teams of four, or for individuals willing to be placed in a team.
The price to attend is £100 per person, or £350 per team, which can be booked directly with firstname.lastname@example.org.
