Farmison & Co employs Michelin-starred chef
Online farmer’s market Farmison & Co has announced a Michelin-starred chef as its new development chef.
Jeff Baker has 10 years of experience as a Michelin-starred chef and dealing with the highest standard of produce.
He will not only work with suppliers on sourcing, he will also develop and implement new product ranges and services for the market.
Co-founder and director of Farmison & Co John Pallagi said: “We’re thrilled to have Jeff on board, as everything we sell has to meet the standard expected by the most demanding professional chefs and home cooks so who better to be a judge of this than a professional chef? Jeff’s ability to turn great produce into great food and his remarkable understanding of what we love to eat will add huge value to everything we do.
“As well as identifying great farmers and producers, Jeff will feed us a steady stream of easy-to-cook seasonal recipes, answers any ‘chefy’ questions and support our customer care team with his vast experience.”
