Pork Farms launches Pork ’n’ Pea pies
The Pork Farms Group has introduced its new Pork ’n’ Pea pie in time for Bonfire Night and Halloween.
The pies have been made using cutting-edge technology to place the peas within the centre of the pies, which consist of bacon, pork, mushy peas and pastry.
The pies are meant to be served hot, making them suitable for the coming winter months, and are designed to be convenient for customers due to the peas being placed inside the pies.
Pork Farms managing director Chris Peters said: “Innovation is at the heart of everything we do here at Pork Farms. We are always experimenting with new ideas and investing in advanced technology that allows us to create exciting new products, such as the new Pork ’n’ Pea pie.
“Consumers continually hunt for products that save both time and money and, by using our new technology to put the peas in the pie, we are confident we’ve created an innovative solution that will appeal to the whole family throughout the key pie-eating season.”
