MeatInfo.co.uk attended Archer Daniels Midland Company's (ADM) 25th Foods and Wellness Advantage Seminar to see how soya proteins are used in processed meat products in developing countries.
ADM technical manager Stephen Mott explained that people in developing economies were eating more and more meat as their incomes grew, yet availability did not always reflect demand.
