NFU addresses Eblex conference
The National Farmers’ Union (NFU) will be addressing an Eblex conference next month about the future of beef and lamb production.
NFU vice-president Adam Quinney will speak at the event, which will also tackle issues surrounding global red meat retailing and opportunities in the beef and lamb sector.
Morrisons’ operations manager Andrew Loftus will present red meat retailing and Rizvan Khalid from Euro Quality Lambs will aim to address the challenges and opportunities for the sheep sector serving halal.
Eblex southern senior regional manager and conference organiser Dr Phil Hadley said: “There are still a few places available, but with only three weeks to go, I would urge anyone thinking of attending to reserve their spot now.”
The event takes place on 5 November at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.
