Every butcher's shop needs a mincer. Working all year round for sausages, burgers and pies, the mincer is in constant use in many shops, so a reliable machine is vital.
The Superior C/E32, available from DSL Food Machinery is made from stainless steel and is manufactured in Italy. It has a single-phase, 3hp motor and comes complete with a 4.5mm plate and knife.
With an output of up to 750kg of mince an hour, it should be able to produce enough to keep the keenest sausage or pie-maker satisfied.
