The Bernard Matthews Fine Dining range includes the Norfolk split turkey fillet and a choice of superior New Zealand lamb cuts.
All Bernard Matthews food service products are available frozen from wholesalers.
For upmarket al fresco events, the Fine Dining range includes various menu options, including three New Zealand lamb cuts for barbecues; the four-rib lamb rack; the boneless lamb loin and the boneless chump steak.
A spokesman for Bernard Matthews said: "The Norfolk split turkey fillets are a premium cut of natural meat, prepared simply by splitting open a prime fillet along its length.
"Like the rest of the Fine Dining range they combine the highest quality with consistency and value, whilst their excellent flavour and texture make them ideal for the barbecue."
Bernard Matthews food service's ingredients range includes kebabs, made using either diced turkey thigh or diced turkey breast.
"Skewered with peppers, button mushrooms and cherry tomatoes they make a perfect outdoor feast, served on the skewer, plated, or in a wrap or a pitta envelope," the spokesman said.
"The Bernard Matthews food service turkey breast steaks deliver consistent quality and their 60g portion size gives good plate coverage.
"They have a superb flavour and texture, offering a low-fat menu option that appeals to both children and adults. Great for the barbie, these natural steaks can be served on the plate or in the bun - perfect with jacket, salad and a little salsa on the side," he added.
Turkey medallions made from prime breast meat, weigh 60g and are in line with current healthy eating initiatives, the spokesman said, adding that Bernard Matthews also offered a 60g chicken medallion.
The spokesman said: "Bernard Matthews food service's new pre-cooked turkey breast steak and the pre-cooked chicken breast steak are ideal.
"Since they're already cooked, they just need to be reheated on the barbie - so you get that charcoal-grilled flavour, faster."
