Bang's chef and master of sausages Chris Zetinigg, previously at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, spent five months researching sausage types and dishes from around the world.
He has sourced some of the finest organic and local-to-London produced sausages from the UK. Bang offers 45 different types of sausages from 17 Countries. Options include Sheperdess traditional lamb & rosemary, London mild pork with spices to Sijuk Spicy beef with cinammon, cumin, garlic and chilli. Bang has been set up by Tom Mayers and Tom Frohnhofer.
