RMIF has clearly demonstrated that business improvement practices that routinely deliver benefits in non-meat businesses are just as effective in our own industry.
In RMIF we tailor these to deal with the specific needs of individual companies to great success. Our aim is only to make the industry aware of these improvement practices; it is then up to the companies to choose how far they go. We are, of course, on hand to help and can provide some support. Business improvement is not compulsory, but neither is survival.
