New booklet to tempt meat lovers

The latest Simply beef and lamb recipe booklet features exclusive dinner party recipes and entertaining tips from Quality Standard ambassador for beef, chef Angela Hartnett.

Recipes include Beef with Dried Mushrooms, an easy dinner-party meal that makes use of more affordable beef cuts.

Said Hartnett: Choosing cheaper cuts of meat such as rump or flank allows you to enjoy the same great flavour but at a lower cost which is important as we know how expensive the festive season can become.

For dinner-party nibbles with a difference, she suggests Lamb Blinis with Marinated Peppers and Herb Relish, which are made with pieces of lean lamb rump or leg steaks.
