Grant stirs it up
Standard cooking vessels can now be transformed into sous-vide baths thanks to the launch of Grant Instruments' SV200 stirred heater.
According to the company, the piece of kit has been designed in conjunction with top chefs and has been made to clamp on to the vertical side of any cooking vessel measuring up to 50 litres in capacity.
The SV200, features a simple-to-use rotor dial. An LED display also provides the user with a clear view of the temperature and a countdown timer and alarm allows for precision cooking.
