Daniel Osborne, 25, died in a car crash while travelling to his shop, DJ Osborne Family Butchers in Uckfield, East Sussex, on 29 December, after his Land Rover reportedly hit a sheet of ice and then a tree.
He leaves behind a widow Kayleigh and his four week old baby daughter Sophie.
In a post on the company’s Facebook page, Kayleigh said: “It saddens me beyond belief to inform all our customers that Daniel Osborne, my fantastic husband and loving father to our four week old baby daughter Sophie passed away this morning in a car accident, he hit a sheet of ice and then hit a tree on his way to the shop. We will continue trading to keep his legacy alive.”
