Eblex strengthens communications team
Eblex has increased the size of its communications team after calls from levy payers and stakeholders for more information “to help drive the industry forward”.
Monisha Singh and Rebecca Veale have joined the organisation as communications officer and technical communications officer respectively.
Eblex said: “Their appointments will help ensure practical business tools are communicated to levy payers and stakeholders, as well as supporting the work in defending the industry and better communicating to producers and processors the work Eblex does to benefit the sector. The new appointments will allow Eblex to continue to proactively increase output on behalf of the beef and lamb industry.”
Politics graduate Singh has a background in internal communications and will support marketing communications, market intelligence output and developments in exports. Veale previously specialised in digital communications and website management at the National Farmers’ Union, and will be working with research and development, knowledge transfer and the regional teams.
Eblex head of communications James Wilde said: “Monisha and Rebecca bring new and valuable skillsets to the communications team. Their appointments will complement our team, add capacity and make a valuable contribution to our ongoing work with industry, helping to supply business tools and information to help producers and processors improve their efficiency.”
