MTJ launches environmental survey
Meat Trades Journal has launched its Annual Green Survey for 2015, to look industry opinions on environmental issues.
Companies throughout the supply chain, in all sectors, are being encouraged to take part in the survey, which will provide the industry with valuable information on how the environmental challenges businesses face are being perceived.
The survey aims to assess attitudes on the meat industry’s environmental impact, and tackles issues such as production methods, whether the industry is being victimised or not, meat consumption, and product prices.
MTJ has carried out similar studies in past years, so the results of the 2015 survey will be compared with past statistics to provide a full picture of how opinions are developing over time.
