AHDB’s 2016 outlook conference is set to discuss EU membership and the competitiveness of the livestock sector.
The conference will be taking place on Tuesday 9 February 2016 at One Great George Street, Westminster, London and will be hosted by the three livestock sectors of the levy board; beef & lamb, pork and dairy.
Peter Kendall, AHDB chairman is set to give the opening address, followed by keynote presentations discussing the referendum on UK membership of the EU alongside the competitiveness of the UK and global livestock sectors.
During a question and answer session with experts in the industry, delegates will have the opportunity to raise their concerns and talk about market activity. Following this, separate outbreak sessions will take place that will provide an overview of the market outlook specific to each sector.
Delegates in attendance will have the chance to hear about market prospects for the upcoming year. Places for the conference can be booked by visiting https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/ahdb-outlook-2016-tickets-19617020035
