Ingredients supplier celebrates Easter with new seasoning
EHL Ingredients is fully embracing the Easter spirit by launching a concentrated lamb seasoning especially for the occasion.
The unique blend of oregano, chilli, cumin, rosemary, parsley, turmeric, garlic and tomato has been designed to offer a new twist on the traditional Easter lamb.
EHL Ingredients’ new rub can be used to add flavour to classic cuts, such as leg of lamb, and can be used by butchers, meat processors and manufacturers to enhance products on offer.
“Flavoursome, versatile lamb dishes are top of the menu at Easter – both in the home and in foodservice outlets,” said Tasneem Backhouse, sales and marketing director at EHL Ingredients.
“As such, our new concentrated lamb seasoning and our Easter marinade are the perfect addition to lamb joints and dishes. Consumers are always looking for the next big food trend and we are confident that both blends will be a popular choice over the spring season.”
All of the company’s blends are created on-site in EHL’s new product development kitchen and use high-quality ingredients from suppliers around the world.
Blends are available direct to meat processors, food manufacturers and butchers and via wholesalers, distributors and cash and carries across the UK, and can be purchased in various quantities, dependent on requirements.
