Butcher teaches next generation of customers
A London butcher has held a class for some younger customers to teach them the art of butchery.
Five children signed up to the free class at the Hampstead Butcher and Providore, where they learned how to prepare sausage mix and how to link them together in a free event.
Head butcher Freddy Fresen said: “I wanted to teach this workshop because most children like sausages, so it is good for them to know how they are made from beginning to end, and it is a bit of fun as well.”
As well as learning the production process being making sausages, the children each received a packet of homemade sausages.
