Game On with TV chef Rachel Green

TV chef Rachel Green, who has appeared on countless BBC, ITV and Channel 4 cookery programmes, called on Britain to eat more feathered and furred animals. Rachel Green is a 14-generation farmer’s daughter from Lincolnshire with food production in her blood who describes herself as a “great, game bird”. At the Farm Shop and Deli live stage at Foodex, Green told Meat Trades Journal she wanted people to “be wild and eat more game”.
