Last call for NFMFT BBQ competition

Butchers are being encouraged to enter the NFMFT National BBQ Competition, taking place on 22 May, as part of Dalziel’s Open Day at its depot in Newbury. 

Sponsored by Dalziel, Lucas Ingredients, Verstegen and Angel Refrigeration, the competition includes categories for sausages, burgers, steaks and kebabs. All products will be judged on raw and cooked appearance, ease of replication, flavour and tenderness.
