Haloodies launches packaging for new cooked-foods range
Halal food brand Haloodies has partnered with packaging manufacturer Coveris, design agency theSpiritof, and supplier CP Foods for the retail launch of its new range in Tesco.
The seven-strong line consists of cooked chicken products presented in visually pleasing and high-quality packaging.
“We are really excited to be launching our new Haloodies lines into Tesco and expect to create a new core range,” said Imran Kausar, co-founder and managing director of KKR Halal, which owns the Haloodies brand.
“Our ambition is very clear: to improve the quality of halal products for those who consume it and cement Haloodies as the most trusted halal brand. Millennial halal consumers know there is a shortage of quality halal products. We have paid attention to our branding to ensure halal brands can be as attractive as mainstream brands.”
Noman Khawaja, co-founder of Haloodies and sales director at KKR Halal, said: “The packaging has been an integral part of our finished product. We chose a reputable and experienced company like Coveris to print it for us. The consumer experience is vital and the look of the product with printed film plays a key part in this.”
The Haloodies range is now available in 46 Tesco stores across Greater London, the Midlands and the North West, as well as online through the Tesco website.
