Snaffling Pig gets in Brazilian spirit
With the Paralympic Games kicking off yesterday (Wednesday, 7 September), premium pork scratchings firm The Snaffling Pig Co. has launched a new limited edition flavour to celebrate the success of Team GB in Rio.
Called Torresmo, after the Brazilian word for pork crackling, the new product is inspired by South American flavours with a gentle and warm spice finished with a hint of lime.
Andrew Allen, chief marketing officer said that the company is pleased to offer this limited edition flavour to its customers. “It’s been one of our most universally liked seasonings during tasting and we’re sure it’s going to be a hit with customers looking to get into the Brazilian spirit,” he said.
The products are available to buy in 2.5kg loose serve bags for trade customers and in 300g jar refills for the public.
