Medium Rare toasts new deals

Medium Rare, the Staffordshire-based meat supplier, has secured three new foodservice contracts.

The distributor of Packington Poultry and Packington Pork and Bretby Lamb will now supply A Cena, the exclusive Italian restaurant in Richmond Hill, London.

In addition, Cleavers Butchers in Wandsworth, London, which opened at the end of October, has also selected Medium Rare as one of its first suppliers as well as Hennessy’s Butchers in Clapham, London – a family butcher’s which specialises in organic, free-range products.

George Finch of Medium Rare, said: “We are delighted to see more and more people choosing ethically-sourced meat, which ultimately tastes better than high-density, low-quality animal farming that disregards the welfare of the animal.

“All our stockists are known for the quality of their produce, which is testament to the exceptional taste and flavour provided by our meat. We have a service-first philosophy, which has helped us come through an incredibly busy Christmas period without any hitches. “
