Butcher’s haggis has global appeal

A family butcher from the Scottish Borders has been creating haggis with a global appeal.

The owner of the butcher’s shop, based on the high street in Selkirk, has taken delight in the award winning haggis going global. As well as selling the haggis in Scotland, China, Mongolia and Poland, J A Waters and Sons sent an order to Yerevan, Armenia for an annual Burns supper at the Armenian British Business Chamber.
