Eblex Global Forum: places going fast

An Eblex event that will highlight sector trends in the global beef and lamb sector has seen positive interest.

The organisation has said tickets have been going fast, with more than 100 delegates registered to attend the free forum on 19 June.

The free Global Forum, jointly organised by Eblex and the agri benchmark, will take place in York and will include presentations on the topic of global market trends.

Eblex head of trade development Peter Hardwick is to examine export trade developments and opportunities. Other presentations will include global meat production, Russia and China’s beef and sheep market, as well as perspectives for Brazilian and US beef production.
Eblex and AHDB head of inputs and production economics Mark Topliff said: “The Global Forum plays an important role in giving perspectives on subjects such as global costs of production and market trends. It provides delegates with a greater understanding of the key markets that affect them and, consequently, can influence business and trading decisions. Places are going quickly and I would urge anyone with an industry interest who has not already registered to do so to avoid disappointment.”
