Quality Standard chef backs Better Burgers

Well-known chef Nigel Haworth, who is also an Eblex Quality Standard Mark ambassador, has teamed up with Eblex to produce a series of videos showcasing the organisationís latest product development initiatives.

In one of these, he describes the profit opportunities to be had by selling burgers produced from different cuts of beef, such as rump or chuck steak, or even diff erent species, such as veal or lamb.

He goes on to show how to cook a wonderfully flavoursome gourmet beef burger, made from 21-day-aged minced beef (50% rump, 25% shoulder and neck). The videos will be on Eblexís website www.eblextrade.co.uk later this month.
