Better Burger Campaign continues

We will be showcasing case study examples of how retailers and chefs are bringing innovation to the burger sector.

We will examine in more detail the Premium Burger range from Eblex, looking especially at the cut-specific burgers – such as the Premium Rump Steak Burger and the Premium Chuck Steak Burger.

We’ll look at the costings involved and how the premiumisation of the category not only meets consumer demand, but delivers better margins for retailers. It is all part of our Better Burger Campaign – so look out for our monthly campaign pages in Meat Trades Journal and follow @MTJBetterBurger.
