Entertainment at the Royal Welsh Show

Two BBC Masterchef finalists, an award-winning Welsh restaurant chef and a food author are among the line-up on the Hybu Cig Cymru (HCC) stand at the Royal Welsh Show, running from 22-25 July.

Welsh BBC Masterchef contestants Dale Williams and Larkin Cen will be demonstrating cooking techniques and will proceed to enter into a cook-off in front of the audience.

Author of Cook on a Shoestring: Easy, Inspiring Recipes on a Budget, Home at 7, Dinner at 8 and Easy Peasy, Sophie Wright will show how to make “delicious food quickly”. Meanwhile, chef Ludovic Dieumgard will present Welsh and French food combined.

HCC consumer executive Elwen Roberts said: “This is one of the most exciting line-ups of chefs that we have ever had on our stand at the Royal Welsh Show. So whether you are looking for quick and convenient recipes or something to impress, our chefs will show you how you can create amazing fare by demonstrating the versatility of Welsh Lamb, Welsh Beef and pork.”

HCC’s main stand will be M674, unless otherwise stated.
