Jerky firm teams with health magazine

A leading meat snack company is hoping to tap into the health sector with the launch of a new Men’s Health branded beef jerky snacking range.

The Jerky Group has teamed up with the popular men’s magazine to offer Men’s Health Fuel Beef Jerky, which it claimed was the “ultimate high-protein healthy snack” and will promote the product for its muscle-building, fat-burning properties. Launching exclusively in Tesco from the end of March, the brand will also be supported with promotion in Men’s Health in print and online.

Alun Williams, publishing director at Men’s Health UK said: “We’ve worked with The Jerky Group to ensure this product fits our brand values and we’re proud to endorse it as an all-natural, high-protein, healthy snacking option.”
