Butcher’s Shop awards revealed tomorrow

The winners of Meat Trades Journal’s Butcher’s Shop of the Year 2014 competition will be revealed tomorrow at the Rosewood London Hotel.

The prestigious competition aims to celebrate excellence throughout the butchery sector and this year’s competition will be no exception. Ed Bedington, editor of MTJ, said: “This competition has been running for many years now, but each year offers new surprises and delights from the sector. Seeing such great businesses out there flying the flag for our craft skill trade, is wonderful.”
