BBQ competition finalists announced

Representing their respective regions, Q Guild Butchers from across the UK will go head-to-head in the 2015 BBQ contest finale.

The winners of the regional heats and their products have been announced and are as follows:

North East

Nort West

Q Guild national chairman Mark Turnbull said: “Entries have increased this year, such is the prestige of winning a Q Guild BBQ championship. The weather is warming up nicely as the 2015 BBQ season gets into full swing and one thing’s for sure – Q Guild butchers come well equipped to cater for al fresco aficionados nationwide.”

Almost 300 products were entered for this year’s competition. The national final takes place at The Windmill Village Hotel, Coventry, on Sunday, 31 May 31 and runs concurrently with the Q Guild’s annual Business Conference, which also runs over to Monday, 1 June.
