Moy Park appoints Continuous Improvement lead

Moy Park has appointed experienced business advisor, Michael O’Neill, to head up its Continuous Improvement programme. 

O’Neill joins Moy Park from InvestNI, where he was responsible for supporting a range of companies in realising productivity improvements.

He also worked at the Centre for Competitiveness and Bombardier and boasts a proven track record of implementing process improvements to achieve business objectives.

His role at Moy Park will be to drive innovation in an effort to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies, working closely with teams across the company.

Moy Park said this appointment is further demonstration of its approach to continually developing its industry-leading operations.
