Wareing preps stars of new chef movie

Chef Marcus Wareing was called in to help the stars of a new film called Burnt, which comes to UK cinemas today.

Hollywood star Bradley Cooper plays an up-and-coming chef who loses his restaurant and attempts to rebuild his life and his career in London, in the hopes of returning to Paris to open a new restaurant.

To ensure the film offered an accurate depiction of a professional kitchen, Wareing was brought in to run cookery sessions for the cast, which also includes Uma Thurman and Sienna Miller,
Wareing is the chef patron of two Michelin-starred restaurant Marcus, the Gilbert Scott and Tredwell’s. He is also well known as a judge on MasterChef: The Professionals.

Burnt is released in UK cinemas on today.
