The skills growth programme, which will be supported by a £1.4m grant from Invest Northern Ireland, covers a comprehensive suite of training and learning initiatives, including leadership and management development, technical competencies and functional skills across the entire company workforce.

Mike Mullan, Moy Park’s HR director Europe, said: “As one of Europe’s leading food companies, we are committed to supporting our team members with outstanding training and development opportunities. We are delighted to announce this significant investment into skills and training, supported by Invest Northern Ireland, which will be instrumental in sustaining our continual transformation, growth and improvement.

“People are at the heart of Moy Park. As a values-led company, we continue to make major investments in our industry-leading agriculture and processing facilities, and it is essential that we champion and develop the capabilities of our people to take the business forward.”
