NFMFT roadshow and barbecue competition announced

The National Federation of Meat & Food Traders (NFMFT) is to stage a one-day show and barbecue competition. 

Taking place on Wednesday 15 March at the Windmill Village Hotel in Coventry, the day is dedicated to connecting attendees with a range of exhibitors specialising in ingredients and packaging through to sundries and equipment.

The event will also feature demonstrations and a ‘Butchers Forum’, offering attendees and exhibitors the opportunity to network and gain product development information.

The barbecue competition is open to both NFMFT members and non-members and will be judged live during the day, with awards across seven categories plus the special awards of Innovative BBQ Product and Champion BBQ Product of the Day. Evaluation forms will be available on the day and judges will be available to talk through the results with competitors

The event is supported by Dibal, WR Wrights, Innovative Food Ingredients, Lucas Ingredients, Smiths Sundries, Dalziel, William Jones Packaging, Leonards, Pendred Retail and WMA.
