Entries open for Chefs’ Choice Awards 2018

Entries are now open for the second Chefs’ Choice Awards.

Organised by Meat Trades Journal’s publisher William Reed, the awards were created to celebrate foodservice suppliers, from wholesalers through to manufacturers.

There are a total of 27 categories to enter, including meat (joints/portions/ready-to-serve hams/salami/charcuterie/pâté) and shellfish classes. The competition will be judged by an expert panel of chefs, and each product costs £475 plus VAT to enter. To take part, businesses must enter a finished food product that is ambient, chilled, fresh, frozen or part-baked.

Winners, highly rated and finalists will be able to benefit from their success by using the supplied logos in their marketing material.

The Chefs' Choice Awards are in association with Food Innovation Solutions & Good Sense Research.

You have until 20 November to enter, so make sure you don’t miss out. To put forward a product, click here.
