VIDEO: Quick Sausage Stew with Finnebrogue

To celebrate the Big Sausage Week, Meat Trades Journal travelled to Northern Ireland to meet with sausage producer Finnebrogue. 

Using Asda’s specially Extra Special Pork and Caramelised Onion sausages, we were taught how to make a Quick Sausage Stew – perfect now that the nights are drawing in.
